1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension and Termination

766pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, engagement in prohibited activities, abuse of bonuses or promotions, non-payment of fees or charges, legal requirements, or where 766pub reasonably believes that continued account access poses risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. 766pub may, at its sole discretion, refund your account balance minus any bonuses, pending wagers, and amounts subject to investigation. In cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations, 766pub reserves the right to forfeit all balances, winnings, and bonuses without refund. 8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content;
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform;
• Game malfunctions, server downtime, or technical errors;
• Loss of winnings, wagers, or account balances due to system failures.

In no event shall 766pub's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to 766pub in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is less.

11.3 Arbitration

Where permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

12. Changes to Terms

766pub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
